Responsibilities
  • Searching for candidates according to the vacancy requirements
  • Filling vacancies, efficiently and on time
  • Using various channels of active and passive search for candidates (social networks, Github, etc.)
  • Drafting the text of vacancies and posting them on Internet sources (company website, job sites, etc.)
  • Arranging and conducting interviews
  • Preparing and sending job offers
  • Maintaining a database of candidates
  • Labor market monitoring and analysis
  • Participation in specialized IT events, job fairs
  • Maintaining a positive image of the company in the labor market
