Senior Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager

About the role:

In this role, you will manage complex IT projects and product initiatives and serve as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Expertly gather, analyze, and document various business, functional, and technical requirements;
• Project management: Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch, by skillfully managing schedules, resources, and stakeholders;
• Technical Communication: Communicate technical specifications clearly to development teams, facilitating the implementation of required features;
• Business Analysis: Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and perform other analyses to quantify project value;
• Technical Design: Create process flows, site maps, UI workflows, and other critical technical specifications;
• Insights Generation: Engage in market research, user interviews, and data analysis to generate valuable insights;
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and limitations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success;
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and adapt plans to accommodate changing requirements;
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior business analysts on the team, contributing to their professional growth;
• Project Management: Build the processes, metrics, and dashboards, monitor and Lead the team (with the tech lead) to ensure a highly satisfied and successful client and team.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Technical Aptitude: A strong technical background, along with hands-on experience in engineering or product management;
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Analytical Thinking: Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Tools Proficiency: Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA;
• Documentation Skills: Experience in preparing presentations, mockups, diagrams, and technical documents;
• Data Analysis: Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other relevant technologies for effective data analysis;
• SDLC: Experience establishing various SDLC processes, instrumentation, and techniques to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables;
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.
