The project involves developing a consumer-facing React Native application that integrates with a wearable medical device designed to help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Building on an existing trial version of the app, the focus is on creating a more refined, user-friendly experience with enhanced UX and gamification elements, making the overall ecosystem more engaging and accessible for end users.
- Develop and maintain a mobile application using React Native
- Contribute to building a consumer-facing version of the product with a strong focus on user experience
- Implement and enhance integration with a medical device (Bluetooth / data synchronization)
- Develop new features, including gamification elements
- Ensure high performance, stability, and overall quality of the application
- Integrate with backend services via REST APIs and handle real-time data
- Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, product) and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including strong hands-on experience with React Native
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices
- Experience working with REST APIs and real-time data handling
- Strong focus on performance, stability, and user experience
- Experience implementing complex UI / UX and ideally gamification features
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level of English
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Bluetooth / device integration (or any hardware-connected apps) would be a strong advantage
