The UI / UX Designer Role needs to be a creative and detail-oriented design who can craft intuitive and visually appealing User Interfaces. You will be responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping and delivering pixelperfect designs. You will turn user requirements into elegant, functional design solutions, working from concepts through implementation alongside product and development teams.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer
- Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframing
- Understanding and experience of UX principles, design systems and responsive design across desktop, web based and mobile applications
- Experience in UX research, user flows, personas and information architecture
- Experience in accessibility standards, such as WCAG, preferably WCAG 2.2
- Well-developed soft skills, including communication and collaboration skills
- English level Upper-Intermediate
- Create wireframe mock-ups, prototypes and final visual designs
- Conduct usability testing and user research
- Iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Work closely with FE developers and other team members
- Develop and maintain design systems and documentation
- Define user journeys and map pain points
