We are looking for a PHP Developer to join a product team working on a digital platform. This is a long-term product project with a mature team and established processes. The primary backend stack is Yii2; however, strong Laravel developers who are open to working with Yii2 are also welcome.
- Develop and maintain the backend part of the product
- Work with an existing codebase and contribute to its improvement
- Collaborate with the Architect on solution design
- Work closely with Mobile, DevOps teams, and the Product Owner
- Participate in code reviews
- Take part in task estimation and sprint planning
- 4+ years of commercial experience in PHP development
- Hands-on experience with Yii2
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Experience working in product-oriented teams
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- English Upper-Intermediate
Will be a plus:
- Commercial experience with VueJS
- Experience with high-load or complex systems
- Experience in product development
