Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Learning Management System (LMS) for enterprise customer.

This role is responsible for day-to-day project delivery, planning and execution across multiple workstreams, coordination of cross-functional teams, and transparent communication with internal and customer stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager ensures that scope, timelines, quality, and risks are actively managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead full-cycle LMS project delivery, from discovery and planning through development, testing, and release.
• Own and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, BA, and support.
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on delivery-related topics.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, demos, and progress reviews.
• Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and changes.
• Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders.

Scope, Risk & Change Management

• Actively manage scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation plans.
• Handle change requests, assess impact, and align on priorities with stakeholders.
• Maintain and communicate RAID logs.

Delivery Governance & Reporting

• Ensure delivery follows defined project management processes and governance.
• Track and report on delivery progress, milestones, and KPIs.
• Prepare clear, concise reporting for internal leadership and customers.
• Support presales and planning activities where needed.

Quality & Team Enablement

• Ensure appropriate quality assurance and acceptance criteria are in place.
• Support teams in removing blockers and enabling effective collaboration.
• Promote best practices in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering software or SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience delivering LMS or EdTech platforms (or similarly complex enterprise systems).
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, or LMS integrations.
• Experience working with enterprise or public-sector clients.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
