We are seeking a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in AWS cloud technologies to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and operation of our applications. The ideal candidate is experienced with cloud infrastructure management, automation tools, and understands best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Migrating from Artifactory to CodeArtifact
- Supporting security remediation with Lacework

- Migrating from Jenkins to GitLab
- Supporting developers as needed.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS to support scalable and reliable applications.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing long-term solutions.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Support and manage container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Conduct regular system and application monitoring, alerting, and reporting to meet operational and performance KPIs.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with a focus on AWS
- Git
- GitLab – Supporting Pipelines, Jobs
- Jenkins (we are migrating away from Jenkins but good to be familiar)
- Terraform (we use Terraform for AWS and Kubernetes)
- CI/CD Pipeline development and design (able to understand developer requirements and git flows, supporting standard pipelines that are used across multiple teams)
- Kubernetes/EKS (Cluster management, upgrades, EKS, CRDs, Ingress Controllers)
- AWS (Core services such as IAM, VPC, S3, Route53, EC2, PostgreSQL RDS, Redshift administration but not necessarily deep knowledge of Redshift itself, NLB/ALBs)
- PostgreSQL administration (permissions, backups, restores, upgrades, basic SQL)
- Python (Able to write basic scripts that interface with AWS or RESTful APIs)
- Bash/Shell
- Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken English
