Methodology & Team
- Agile framework: Scrum
- Team composition: QAs, Developers, BA, PM/SM, UI/UX designer (on our side)
- Client side: Product Owner and an internal team (not hands-on involved in development)
- Lead a front-end team, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance
- Translate design prototypes into responsive, high-quality web, desktop, and mobile interfaces
- Drive technical decisions, mentor team members, and support knowledge sharing
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of applications
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve the front-end codebase using modern JavaScript frameworks
- 5+ years of commercial development experience
- Proven experience as Team Lead or Senior Front-End Engineer with team guidance responsibilities
- Strong expertise in React.js 18 with TypeScript for type-safe, component-based UI development
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for scalable and responsive design systems
- Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
- Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for daily communication
Would be a plus
- Experience with .NET Core and RESTful API integration
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and document databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB)
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Prior exposure to EdTech projects or e-learning platforms
