Hiring Process

  • Send CV

    Send us your CV with a brief description of your education background and career path

  • Screening interview

    If your CV seems to fit what we are looking for, a recruiter will invite you to complete an online screening interview

  • Internal Tech interview

    If you’ve successfully passed the screening interview, you will be invited to complete an internal Expert interview either onsite in the office or online. Some opportunities may require you to also pass a test.

  • Customer Interview

    After completing the Internal Tech Interview, you will also be asked to complete a customer interview. Usually, this is the point where the decision whether to bring you onboard is made.

  • Welcome Onboard

    If you have successfully completed all of the previous steps and we feel that you would be a good fit, we will send you an offer.
