Building the External Credit Form: We created a web form to capture learner credit information from external sources, integrated with a database for storage and management.
Implementing the Workflow: The form connects with an iPaaS solution via webhook, verifying user information, creating course enrollments, and recording credits. We also added functionality to capture survey responses when required.
Ensuring Automation: The integration was fully automated to remove manual tasks, improving the user experience and ensuring real-time data capture and reporting.

Developing Middleware: Middleware was created to enable real-time communication between LearnUpon’s API and the custom solution, ensuring accurate data processing and updates.
Automating Group Assignments: Learners are automatically assigned to new groups based on course completion, using predefined mappings triggered by custom course data.
Managing Multiple Group Memberships: Users can be assigned to multiple groups, retaining previous memberships while adding new ones based on course progress.
Testing and Integration: A test account was used to verify statuses and memberships, with API keys and webhooks set up to ensure seamless automation.
This streamlined group management process improved efficiency and accurate user categorization based on course activities.
