This AI-driven platform gathers anonymized data, with user consent, to enhance the adoption of new processes and identify patterns that may impede progress.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Support with front-end maintenance using Flutter — the client has some internal tooling developed in Flutter for managing the chatbot sessions and its content, so they need someone to give support to that.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Manage DevOps processes to optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event-driven architectures and integrations.
- Build seamless integrations with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance product functionality.
- 3+ years of experience in Node.js.
- Experience in Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools on AWS.
- Familiarity with event-driven frameworks.
- Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams API integrations.
- Understanding of ML/NLP concepts and experience working with LLMs is a plus.
