Our client is seeking four experienced Business Analysts (BAs) with a strong background in EdTech, particularly Learning Management System (LMS) development. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Customer Journey Mapping, Agile Scrum Development, Agile Backlog Management, and User Story Mapping. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and development teams, to define and enhance LMS solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- Requirement Elicitation & Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for LMS development projects.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize learner/user journeys to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Agile Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.
- User Story Mapping: Work closely with stakeholders to map user stories, ensuring seamless functionality and end-user satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, and Development teams to ensure alignment of product goals.
- Agile Scrum Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and support iterative development cycles.
- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Documentation: Create and maintain requirement specifications, workflow diagrams, and process documentation in Confluence or other collaboration tools.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Expertise in Customer Journey Mapping, Agile Backlog Management, and User Story Mapping.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in LMS product development – familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LTI integrations, and digital learning experiences.
