Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Golang Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our traffic enforcement solutions. Your expertise in Golang will help us create efficient, scalable, and secure applications that address real-world challenges in traffic management and safety.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Golang.

Lead the development of scalable microservices for our traffic enforcement platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability and availability.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Stay current with the latest Golang frameworks, tools, and industry trends to improve our technology stack.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Golang.

Strong understanding of Go’s concurrency patterns, memory management, and best practices.

Experience building microservices and distributed systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
