Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of a modern, data-driven SaaS platform built for enterprise healthcare organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for dashboards, reports, and workflow tools used by thousands of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of enterprise or B2B product design, an eye for clean visual design, and a passion for simplifying complex information through thoughtful UX.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, data-rich web applications, from discovery to final UI delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Design dashboards, reporting views, configuration panels, and multi-role workflows with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Ensure consistency across the product through a design system or component library.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the product team.

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B or analytics/reporting platform design work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience designing data-intensive interfaces such as dashboards, filters, tables, and graphs
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles (WCAG)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2)
