We are looking for a Technical AI Lead / Manager to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered features within an innovative AI-backed Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and product experts, ensuring efficient, high-quality implementation of AI solutions that enhance the learning experience.
Working closely with the Chief Architect, Delivery Lead, and other stakeholders, you’ll manage multiple development workstreams — combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership.

Lead and mentor the AI team working on Python-based AI services and model integration.

Define and plan the scope of work, manage sprint cycles, and ensure timely, quality-focused delivery.

Remove blockers, monitor progress, and facilitate productive collaboration across teams.

Translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.

Oversee architectural decisions and ensure adherence to development standards.

Provide regular status updates, communicate delivery risks, and present team achievements.

Contribute to release planning, documentation, and retrospective reviews.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, technical project manager, or scrum master.

Solid understanding of AI/ML engineering processes.

Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, or systems engineering.

Familiarity with .NET and React stacks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
