The Solum web application provides a unified platform for employers, employees and Solum administrator. From the employers’ perspective it allows them to motivate their workers to eat healthier by paying them rewards instead of paying the insurance if their health gets worse. From the employees’ side, the Solum system helps them to understand what products are meant as ‘healthy’ once. Since the Solum provides all the detailed nutrition information about the current selected product, the users can find the products that fit their diets.
The Solum system supports integrations with third-party tools to improve the user experience. All the information about the products, diets, nutrition information is taken from the Sifter API, the payments are made with the BaaS provider.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web/Mobile Engineer proficient in React.js and React Native to join our team.
- Develop and maintain the Solum web and mobile application using React.js and React Native.
- Integrate third-party APIs, including Sifter API for nutrition data and BaaS providers for payments.
- Collaborate with the design and backend teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Implement responsive and intuitive UI/UX elements for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure the application meets high performance and security standards.
- Debug and optimize code to improve application performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Release apps into Play Market and App Store.
- 3+ years of experience developing web and mobile applications with React.js and React Native.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with API integrations, particularly RESTful APIs (e.g., Sifter API, payment services).
- Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of mobile application development best practices for iOS and Android.
- Experience with secure payment systems or BaaS solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- English level Upper Intermediate
