Overview

This case study focuses on enhancing various websites for a platform specializing in flora-related online services. For example, one allows users to create their ideal plant-pot combinations, place them in preferred settings, and achieve a wow effect with their customers.

The second service offers a user-friendly online photo processing feature, including zoom, cropping, and positioning. Users can upload their photos and receive them back within 24 hours, perfectly edited for immediate use.

Challenge

The main challenges involved continuous backend and frontend development for new flower and tray templates. This process included redesigning existing pages and adding new functionalities such as an online store, tests, and more. Another significant aspect was developing corporate websites for clients.

Solution

To address these challenges, we integrated Woocommerce into the sites. We comprehensively redesigned the websites and their functionalities, transitioning from meta boxes to Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). This integration sometimes involved merging the challenge and solution sections due to content limitations.

Result

The results were significant, featuring a complete redesign of the websites and a successful integration of ACF, replacing the previous use of meta boxes. This integration allowed for creating custom post-types and taxonomies within the ACF plugin, along with developing new web pages.
