We are looking for a Senior Project / Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-stream digital project and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery for enterprise client. This role sits at the intersection of delivery execution, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, with strong ownership over timelines, scope, risks, and outcomes.
You will manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, BA, Design, AI/ML), align delivery with business objectives, and act as a trusted partner for clients and internal leadership.
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital project (multi-team, multi-module, long-running initiatives).
- Manage delivery across Scrum / Kanban models, adapting processes to project maturity and client context.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Ensure predictable execution across sprints, increments, and releases.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into clear delivery goals and execution plans.
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, scope changes, and dependencies.
- Lead governance routines: status reporting, steering meetings, risk reviews, and escalation handling.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams (50+ people across locations).
- Support and mentor Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads.
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure healthy team dynamics, sustainable pace, and delivery accountability.
Planning, Estimation & Control
- Drive capacity planning, and roadmap development.
- Track delivery KPIs: velocity, predictability, scope stability, delivery health.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early.
Process & Quality Excellence
- Establish and improve delivery processes, templates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with QA and Tech Leads to ensure quality, scalability, and readiness for production.
Technology & Domain Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, AI/ML and Product teams to align delivery with technical constraints.
- 7+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Delivery Management.
- Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-level digital products or platforms.
- Proven experience with Jira, Jira Plans, Jira Dashboards.
- Strong background in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS models).
- Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong planning, estimation, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English (spoken and written).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in EdTech, LMS.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certifications.
