We are seeking an experienced team lead to lead our with Full-stack development experience with expertise in microservices and Azure .
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our applications. This includes working with microservices and Azure services to ensure that our applications are highly available, scalable, and performant.
We are an energy storage system company with end-to-end solutions. As part of this solution we develop the software application to optimize and monitor all the decisions in the process from planning storage sites, to real-time operation. Our software solution combines cloud- based applications and embedded software on-premise for real-time monitor control and optimization of each site.
- Mentorship guides the team members to help them be successful;
- Technical expertise understanding the technical requirements for each project as well as the technical tools needed to fulfill them;
- Quality Assurance Oversee the quality of deliverables. Evaluate and provide suggestions for improvement;
- Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of software developers through the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions;
- Problem Solver Look ahead to determine potential obstacles and find ways to work around them. Resolve issues that may arise due to miscommunication or other impediments;
- Project Management understands the project requirements, breaking them into technical tasks and ensures that team members perform the right function to meet them;
- Manage CI/CD processes maintaining the production environment updated and stable.
- Experience with: node.js, typescript, react.js, and postgreDB;
- Experience in software development team management;
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Programming stacks: Java and Rust;
- Strong experience with microservices architecture;
- Experience with Azure environment and services such as Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure SQL Database;
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
