Overview

Support and develop the IT infrastructure of The Salvation Army Eastern Territories.

Challenge

The main challenge was with one of the old projects, which we had to rebuild with modern technologies and additional features. Also, we had to combine many other TSAE projects in powerful & user-friendly system, making staff tasks more manageable.

So we built:

Gift/donation sorting project.
Extensive system for catching any inaccuracies in sorting data, assistance in smelting, etc.
Project for gifts for children for Christmas, people from low-income families can leave applications in the system and then they will get hired
Draft any notifications, documents.
Timekeeping project.
Calendar of events.

Solution

Support of existing projects, implementation of new features, bug fixes.

Result

The Salvation Army now has modern IT infrastructure which will be easy to support and update next years. All their outdated services were rewritten in modern way with new features meet their business requirements.
